Mercedes NG Update

It's been a while since we shared news about the Mercedes NG, but that doesn't mean we've been sitting still! On the contrary, behind the scenes we worked hard on the perfect cabin and all the details that complete this iconic NG series.

Big steps forward!

We have fantastic news: the 3D designs of the heavy transport versions of the NG have been approved! The molds will be made soon, so that we can start production of these long-awaited models at the end of this year.

Start of production: NG Heavy transport versions

Given the size of this project, we are first introducing the NG heavy transport models. These are:
- NG 3850 6x6 Baum Cologne
- NG 3850 6x6 Sauter
- NG 3850 8x6 Schütz

But that's just the beginning, there's much more to come!

New tooling and further development

We have developed brand new tooling for the NG series, including:
- The tower behind the cabin
- The ballast box & toolbox
- Various smaller parts

In the meantime, we continue to work on the other NG versions (4x2, 6x2, 6x4) and... the SK1 and SK2 (including the Eurocab version) are also planned!
