Your role
As a Service Specialist, you will be a key member of our service team. You will ensure the service process runs smoothly from start to finish. Working from our office in Nieuwegein, you will provide service for our impressive scale models.

🔹 Your tasks:

• Modifying models (wheels, decals)
• Repackaging items
• Handling dealer repairs (e.g., transport damage)
• Packaging parts for the shop/after-sales service

🔹 Your profile:

• Experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Dutch
• Service-oriented mindset
• Affinity with our products or a genuine interest in the world of scale models
