DAF 95, A valuable addition to our extensive DAF range

The DAF 95 set a new standard within DAF’s New Truck Generation in 1987 and rapidly grew into a crowd favorite. The truck was crowned Truck of the Year in 1988 and had an impressive production of more than 67.000 chassis.

At WSI Models, we have developed the iconic DAF 95 (1st and 2nd generation) in 1:50 scale with great care. Both generations feature a detailed interior and realistic chassis components, making them convincing and recognizable to every collector.
The DAF 95 is available in Comfort Cab and Space Cab, with various configurations: 4x2 tractor, 6x2 tractor, 6x4 tractor, 6x2 rigid truck, and 4x2 rigid truck. Naturally, both left- and right-hand drive variants are available.
Of course, we are already hard at work on the first customer liveries. We can already announce a number of them, including Drieban, van den Elzen, v.d. Meijden, and Swijnenburg, who was present with us during the New Year's Sales Days. But naturally, there are many more to come.

DAF TRUCKS AUSTRALIA
DAF has developed the New Generation DAF XG+ heavy-duty trucks specifically for the Australian market. The new flagship, new engine (15 liters, 660 hp) and no compromises.
Naturally, we haven't been sitting still either. For instance, we have implemented the following developments for the DAF XG+, and they have been very successful:
- Tilting bullbar
- Stoneguard
- High spoiler
- Fenders with air intake
- Air tanks
- Battery box
- Catwalks
- Fuel tanks
- Pogostick for hose trailer
